AYSO REGION 73 PICTURE DAY
PICTURE DAY: September 22, 2024
*Picture Make-up Day, see below.
Teams and players must register online ("buy order") with Legends Photography before picture day.
A QR Code is provided. Use it for picture day registration.
üEvery player in full AYSO uniform with jerseys tucked in, socks up and cleats properly put on.
üEvery player gets a basic picture package. No ordering is required unless additional items are ordered.
üFor extra orders on Picture Day contact photographer (See also web links above)
o Cleats will show in the team pictures. Make them look good and clean.
NOTE: Coach not wear flip-flops. Bare feet or expose toes not look good on a team picture.
o A picture day schedule shows the time for your team. See 2nd panel below.
üPLEASE BE ON TIME!
o Please have your team arrive 15-20 minutes before scheduled time. Know your team name.
o Contact all persons ahead of time to assure all players arrive on time.
ü Your team picture will need to be taken at your team's appointed time.
ü If ordering buddy/family photos:
o please make sure "buddies" are in line with the player.
ü Do not delay. The Photographer CANNOT WAIT for late players. The schedule is very tight.
o Prepare your team so you can get your pictures done quickly.
o When you arrive, find your team and line up tallest to shortest.
o Have your team banner ready and at least one clean soccer ball for your pictures.
o Coaches and team parents please be ready to take pictures with your team.
o Once your team is ready check in at the picture tent with your team number and team name.
üJamboree please arrive 15-20 minutes early!
o Jamboree will take pictures in small groups up to 8 players.
o Jamboree your picture time will be early in the morning.
o Find players with similar jerseys and make a group.
o Once you have a group of 6-8 players check in at the picture tent.
üOn Picture Day. Please look for the photographer tent
o Follow instructions of the Photographer and their staff. Region staff will help.
o Forms only need to be completed if ordering extra pictures.
o It is optional to order more pictures. Write clearly and legible!

o *) Make Up day is on 10/19/2024 and starts at 9:00am. Be prepared for the picture.
